I bring over 12 years of hands-on professional experience in serving multiple states and territories across the U.S., specializing in infrastructure and government services. With a total of 25k hours spent delivering results in both private and public sectors, I bring a wealth of practical and strategic insights to the table.

I’ve overseen teams of 30+ professionals working in diverse operating environments. As a strategic and people-oriented leader, I excel at directing and implementing change to surpass performance objectives, balancing the needs of all stakeholders, and developing cohesive and high-performing teams.

I have a track record of accomplishments across services to federal, state, and municipal government clients. I've worked in housing, urban planning, community development, economic development. I’ve managed more than $100 million across grants management and secured over $30 million in investments, with a record of thoughtful leadership that maximizes organizational success.

Previously, I successfully led multi-agency teams to deliver housing stability to over 17,000 households and provided oversight for the disbursement, closeout, and grants lifecycle of ~$108MM in financial assistance. Also, provided consultation on the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP), ~$45MM Covid Relief Fund (CRF), CARES ACT, and ARPA grants.

Additionally, I am the former Vice Chair of the Salt Lake City Planning Commission, advising on high-visibility complex infrastructure projects & making recommendations to the Mayor. Currently, the Community Development Advisor for the City of Bryan.
