Serving, Connecting & Donating
At Santos & Schupick, we are passionate about serving and helping communities. We create opportunities to engage with non-profit organizations to either volunteer, donate, and connect them with resources.
We are partnering with Nonprofits in Puerto Rico like Andanza, who is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit that is committed to the development and artistic education of the most vulnerable children in Puerto Rico. Andanza community outreach projects offer weekly workshops to more than 300 children and young people from marginalized areas and public schools on the island. Andanza also provides scholarships to talented students for training at their School, activities, and performances. For its social work, it received an Honorary Mention from the Miranda Foundation in 2004 and was a finalist for the Tina Hills Award in 2014.
Their mission
Andanza is a professional contemporary dance company and a dance school with a unique social component for underserved communities. Its mission is to contribute to the development of dance, culture and society, and to the democratization of art in Puerto Rico through artistic creation, practice and education accessible to all.

The Montrose Center
EMPOWERING LGBTQIA+ HOUSTON
At Santos & Schupick, we are deeply inspired by the incredible work of The Montrose Center in Houston. As one of the nation’s leading LGBTQ+ resource centers, the Montrose Center provides a vital support system for individuals facing some of life’s most difficult challenges. With a mission to empower LGBTQ+ individuals and their families to live healthier, more fulfilling lives, the Center stands as a beacon of hope, advocacy, and resilience in the community.
One of the Center’s most impactful initiatives is its Anti-Violence Program, which provides crucial support for survivors of domestic violence, intimate partner abuse, and sexual assault. Recognizing the unique barriers LGBTQ+ individuals face, the Montrose Center ensures that all survivors—regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, or background—have access to emergency shelter, counseling, advocacy, and legal resources. Their 24-hour LGBT Switchboard is a lifeline for those in crisis, offering immediate assistance and compassionate care when it’s needed most.
Beyond crisis support, the Montrose Center fosters long-term healing and empowerment through counseling, advocacy, and community programs. Their commitment to integrated care—including behavioral health services, adult primary care, and wellness programs—helps individuals rebuild their lives with dignity and independence. As a cultural hub for Houston’s LGBTQ+ community, the Center also provides a welcoming space for connection, education, and support.
At Santos & Schupick, we believe in amplifying the voices of organizations that drive meaningful change. The Montrose Center’s unwavering dedication to inclusivity, safety, and empowerment embodies the values we hold dear. We are honored to highlight their work and encourage others to support their mission in creating a world where every individual can thrive, free from violence and discrimination.
For those seeking support or looking to contribute to this vital cause, we encourage you to visit The Montrose Center and explore ways to get involved. Together, we can help build a safer, more inclusive future for all.
